Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and magicjd. By registering, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of magicjd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all use of the magicjd platform, including the website at magicjd.app, any associated mobile application, and all services offered through those channels. By completing the registration process, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the platform.
MagicJD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of magicjd after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
These Terms are written in English and are intended for players in the Philippines. Any translation provided is for convenience only — in the event of a conflict, the English version governs.
2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an active account at magicjd, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by magicjd or any relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of magicjd or any of its affiliated entities.
- Participation in online gaming under applicable Philippine law is not prohibited for you individually.
MagicJD uses standard verification processes to confirm identity and age. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents when requested, your account may be restricted or closed, and any qualifying withdrawal may be delayed pending compliance review.
Under-age access: Creating a magicjd account on behalf of, or allowing access to, any person under 21 is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
3. Account Registration
Each player may maintain only one magicjd account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed if detected. Winnings derived from a duplicate account are subject to forfeiture.
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MagicJD will never ask for your password by email, SMS, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at support@magicjd.app immediately and change your password. MagicJD is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.
- Do not share your magicjd login details with any other person.
- Log out after every session on shared or public devices.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other platforms.
- Enable two-factor authentication if offered by magicjd for your account type.
4. Deposits and Payments
All transactions on magicjd are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the payment method differs from the registered magicjd account holder — are not permitted and may trigger a review.
Accepted deposit methods on magicjd currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available methods, minimum deposits, and processing times are displayed in your magicjd account dashboard and may change without advance notice.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — check the dashboard before proceeding.
- MagicJD does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits that are declined by your payment provider are not the responsibility of magicjd.
- If a deposit does not appear within the stated processing window, retain your transaction reference and contact support before attempting a repeat deposit.
Fraud prevention: MagicJD uses automated systems to detect unusual deposit patterns. Deposits that trigger a review may be held temporarily. Cooperating with any verification request promptly speeds up the process.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. You may only withdraw funds that are settled — pending bets or bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable conditions are met.
Withdrawal processing times vary by tier: standard accounts receive processing within the stated business-day window; Silver VIP members receive faster processing; Gold and Diamond VIP members are prioritised accordingly, with Diamond members receiving near-instant processing to GCash or Maya.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawals reach a compliance threshold.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- MagicJD reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms — these are shown on the promotion page and must be read before you opt in. The general rules below apply to all magicjd promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. MagicJD reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple and qualifying games are stated per promotion.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
- Using multiple accounts or coordinated group play to abuse bonus offers is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- MagicJD VIP Club cashback credits and the conditions under which they are paid out are governed by the VIP Club page terms, which form part of these Terms.
Responsible note: Bonuses are promotional tools — they are not guaranteed income. Do not deposit money specifically to unlock bonus funds beyond what your entertainment budget allows.
7. Gameplay Rules
Each game category on magicjd — sports betting, boxing betting, jackpot slots, Tongits, Color Game, and other available games — has its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand these rules before placing a wager. MagicJD support can clarify rules on request, but cannot reverse bets placed based on misunderstanding of a game's mechanics.
- All bets placed at magicjd are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except where the specific game rules expressly permit cancellation.
- In the event of a technical error affecting a game round, magicjd will investigate and apply the fairest resolution possible. Decisions made by magicjd in genuine error-resolution situations are final.
- Live betting markets close at the time stated on the betting interface. Wagers accepted before market closure are valid regardless of subsequent market movement.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits per market or game type are displayed before confirmation and may vary by player account tier.
- MagicJD does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular game or market. Maintenance windows and game provider changes may temporarily affect availability.
8. VIP Club
The magicjd VIP Club operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — and is governed by the detailed terms on the VIP Club page. Key conditions that apply across all tiers are summarised here:
- Tier eligibility is calculated on a rolling 30-day wagered volume across qualifying game categories at magicjd.
- Tier benefits activate automatically when the applicable threshold is crossed and are reviewed monthly.
- Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited on the following Monday according to the tier rate applicable at the time of calculation.
- MagicJD reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit structures, and cashback rates with reasonable advance notice to affected members.
- Abuse of the VIP programme — including artificial wagering patterns designed to inflate tier status — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the magicjd platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Creating or operating more than one magicjd account under any identity, real or fabricated.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the magicjd platform.
- Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at magicjd.
- Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
- Money laundering or using magicjd for any purpose connected to financial crime or illegal activity under Philippine law.
- Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at magicjd staff or other players through any channel.
10. Privacy and Data
MagicJD collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering at magicjd, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used to operate and maintain your account, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, improve the magicjd platform, and communicate relevant promotional offers where you have not opted out. MagicJD does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Requests for data deletion will be handled subject to our legal obligation to retain records for regulatory compliance periods.

11. Responsible Gaming
MagicJD is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for Filipino players. We take problem gambling seriously and actively provide tools to help players stay in control. All registered players have access to the following controls in their magicjd account:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit ceilings that cannot be raised for 24 hours after a change request.
- Session time limits: Receive automatic alerts after a chosen duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-off period: A temporary 24-hour to 30-day break that prevents login and wagering. Takes effect immediately upon request.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the magicjd platform for your own lawful personal entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any magicjd content without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
MagicJD provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, magicjd's liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or data issues is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time of the incident.
MagicJD is not liable for losses arising from:
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
- Internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
- Decisions made by a player based on incorrect interpretation of displayed odds or game rules.
- Third-party payment provider delays or errors beyond magicjd's direct control.
- Losses resulting from wagers placed in violation of these Terms.
14. Suspension and Account Closure
MagicJD may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time if:
- There is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
- A regulatory authority instructs magicjd to take action on an account.
- The account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
- The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
In most cases, magicjd will attempt to notify the account holder of a suspension and allow a reasonable period to respond. However, where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations, suspension may occur without advance notice.
If your account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of these Terms, your remaining eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the applicable processing window.
15. Amendments to These Terms
MagicJD may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will communicate those changes through a platform notice, email to your registered address, or both. The effective date of any amendment is shown at the top of this page.
If you do not accept an updated version of the Terms, you must stop using magicjd and may request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
MagicJD operates under a licence issued by the applicable Philippine gaming regulatory authority. These Terms are consistent with and subject to the conditions of that licence. In any conflict between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or regulatory requirements, Philippine law and the regulatory conditions prevail.
