- Payment processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet providers, and card-processing partners receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party services engaged to verify government-issued Philippine identification documents and confirm your age and identity.
- Game providers: Where magicjd offers third-party games, the relevant game provider may receive a pseudonymised player identifier and session data necessary to deliver and settle that game. They do not receive your full personal profile.

Request deletion of your personal data where retention is no longer legally required. Note that regulatory obligations may require us to retain certain records regardless.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where your objection is upheld, we will cease that specific processing activity.
Right to Portability
Request a structured, machine-readable export of the personal data you provided to magicjd where technically feasible.
Right to Complain
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe magicjd has not handled your data correctly.
Marketing opt-out: If you want to stop receiving promotional communications from magicjd, update your preferences in account settings, reply STOP to any SMS, or click unsubscribe in any email. This takes effect within 48 hours and does not affect transactional communications about your account.
12. Minors
MagicJD is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If we discover or are informed that a registered account belongs to someone under 21, we will immediately close the account, void any transactions, and delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by our legal obligations.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Most of the personal data magicjd processes is stored on servers located in data centres that serve the Philippine market. In limited circumstances — such as when using an international game provider or a global payment network — your data may be processed outside the Philippines.
In any such case, magicjd ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with Philippine law, including contractual clauses that bind the receiving party to standards equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We do not transfer your data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without such safeguards.

MagicJD may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in applicable law, or improvements to our data practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you through a platform notice, an email to your registered address, or both, before the new policy takes effect.

Your continued use of magicjd after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy for all future processing.
